Stephen bought this sled and had it shipped to a rail yard close to Vancouver, British Columbia. For those of you that know a bit about Western Canada and the US will know that sledding is kind of a strange sport. There aren't many people that do it, and many people have never been on or around a snowmobile due to the fact that snow happens at elevation, rather than at your doorstep. So long story short, Stephen got many funny looks as he transported this incomplete rat of a sled from Vancouver to Washington State in the back of a borrowed pick up truck on a warm spring afternoon. After investigating what he got himself into, he nearly cried. Most of the sled was assembled with the wrong parts, busted and broken pieces including every piece of glass of every gauge. Add 3 carburetors that were resting in a bucket of water, the wrong engine, and a plethora of problems, and it was the worst case scenario.
