Arctic Cat was devoted to utilizing 4-Stroke power plants for many of it's sleds from the very beginnings. The 1975 Trail Cat utilized a 10 hp Briggs and Stratton 4-Stroke engine and was more than likely pretty far out of place at many trail junctions across America. The 1972 Arctic Cat Panther in the Burdick Collection is powered by a Kohler 4-Stroke. It too was far out of place in 1972, mainly cause it cruised at a whopping 8-10 mph!!!!
